Bob The Cow Shop offers one option for shipping to US customers.
- USPS Ground Advantage - flat rate of $5.00, delivery in 2 to 5 business days
For shipping outside the US, please contact us at support@bobthecow.org before placing your order.
Please note that some products, such as books and DVDs, have their own shipping which may take longer and is priced differently
Returns & Refunds
Physical products can be returned within 14 days of delivery if the product is damaged or does not work as intended. Some exclusions apply.
If you are eligible for a return, you will be refunded all or part of the original order amount, excluding shipping, once the damaged item is received for inspection.
In some cases, we may issue a refund without asking for the return of the item.

*If you purchased the 'with frame' variant, the frame can be returned for a partial refund.
